Foundation is the Key!!

Well, I finally gave in to Rog wanting to build a storage shed/shop and so last weekend was the official pour of the foundation! I guess there is no turning back now =) It will be a 12x18 unit with 8 feet walls for one end to have a little storage loft. I know he will always want bigger but I still wanted a yard =) My dad (Dave) is headed this way tomorrow for his wonderful expertise help and some bonding time with the kids. We are so lucky he is available and to have so much talent in our family. We look forward to our visit with him. I think he is a little nervous to be working in such different temps than at the beach (85-90 degree weather compared to 55-60 degree). I think he will enjoy it for the most part, lots of fluids dad! So, away we go this weekend with the hammer and nails-I'll keep you posted on the progress.
